1) Graduate

2) Excellent Communication skill & presentable

3) Relevant experience in Retail & Hotel industry preferred

4) Candidate should be able to describe

Responsibilities:

1) Handling Sales & Store Operations

2) Increasing Customer Service

3) Increasing Client Retention

4) Handling Store Profit/Loss

5) Increasing Staff Retention at store level

6) Handling Staff Training at store level

7) Maintaining Store Hygiene and Maintenance

8) Handling People Management

9) Increasing Membership Sales

10) Increasing Product Sales

Eligibility Criteria:

1) Minimum 6- 7 years of experience in retail/salon/spa & wellness

2) Graduation is mandatory. HSC passed will also be considered (PG/MBA preferred)

3) Pleasant and Polished personality

4) Good communication skills. Strong command over English language

5) Should have experience in using MS office.

Salary: Rs. 35-45K
