Responsibilities for Administration & Maintenance Coordinator (Male Candidates Only)
Monitor the systems of facilities to ensure functionality.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
• Create and implement maintenance procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business.
• Processing and reporting on office expenses.
• Handle contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications for Maintenance Manager •
Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance and administration role. •
Any Graduation Salary – 30k-50k
Location: Delhi NCR (Patparganj)
Immediate joiners are preferred
We have 6 days working and Wednesday fixed week off.
