Job Title: Diagnostic Center Manager

Experience: 4–8 Years (Diagnostic/Lab/Healthcare preferred)
Qualification: Graduate / MBA / MHA preferred
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Diagnostic Center Manager to oversee the complete operations of the diagnostic center. The role involves managing daily operations, staff, quality standards, doctor relations, business growth, and ensuring excellent patient service.
Manage day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center
Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, lab, radiology, and reporting processes
Supervise and coordinate with doctors, technicians, front office, and support staff
Maintain NABL/quality standards, hygiene, and compliance
Handle doctor tie-ups, referral management, and corporate clients
Monitor revenue, billing, collections, and expense control
Plan and execute marketing & growth strategies with the marketing team
Handle patient queries, feedback, and grievance resolution
Ensure timely reports and accuracy of test results
Prepare MIS reports and achieve monthly business targets
Proven experience as a Diagnostic Center / Lab Manager
Strong leadership, operational, and people management skills
Knowledge of diagnostic processes, lab equipment, and compliance norms
Good communication and coordination skills
Result-oriented with a business mindset
