Job Summary

 

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Manager to manage Operations and Human Resources of our HR and Recruitment division and to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing as well as new markets. We are seeking a goal-oriented Manager to join our organization in Mumbai

 

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through managing our admin, HR & Operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

 

 

 

1.       Should have experience in Operations and administration of HR and recruitment services.

 

2.       Will be responsible for smooth Operations in Mumbai & work in sync with Delhi team.

 

3.       Will undertake all the HR and recruitment requirements and profile from the clients.

 

4.       Communication & Coordination with the existing and new clients/companies.

 

5.       SOPs monitoring of the projects

 

6.       Interaction and coordination with Business Development team and Senior Management in Mumbai

 

7.       To discuss the Job description and SOW for all positions and profiles with the clients.

 

8.       Monitoring and Evaluation of the screening, evaluation and interview processing in Mumbai

 

9.       Shortlisting & appointment of managerial and secretarial staff.

 

10.    Drafting/Presentations/Emails on behalf of Global Pact entities and sister organizations in Mumbai regarding HR, recruitment and trainings.

 

11.    Coordination with existing and new clients for the financial package, salaries, facilities for the new candidates/resources

 

12.    To workout the HR expenditure on each new resource and candidate.

13.    Conducting performance and wage reviews.

 

14.    Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness

15.    Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures

16.    Maintaining the attendance records.

 

17.    Payroll Management.

 

18.    Training, counselling, and coaching our staff.

 

19.    Maintaining a smooth on boarding process

 

Experience & Qualification

 

 

 

1.        4-5 years of working experience in HR & Operations or relevant role.

 

2.        Proficiency in English,

 

3.        Communication and negotiation skills.

 

4.        Time management and planning skills.

 

5.        Graduate in Arts/Commerce or relevant field.
