Key Responsibilities:

Educational Guidance: Provide comprehensive information and guidance to prospective students on our IT courses, including Networking, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and other relevant programs.
Sales and Enrollment: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our courses, guiding potential students through the enrollment process.
Student Support: Assist enrolled students with any questions, concerns, or academic advisement, ensuring a smooth educational journey.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing students, providing excellent customer service throughout their educational experience.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets set by the organization.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market demand, and competitive offerings to tailor your counseling and sales strategies effectively.
Administration: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system, and provide reports on your activities and progress.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
Knowledge or interest in IT-related topics and courses.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and the ability to work independently.
