EA cum Sales Coordinator

Location : Kohat Enclave, Pitampura

Responsibilities:

• Handling Phone call, Emails, Meetings, recording minutes from meetings
• Travel arrangements, managing day to day meeting calendar of the MD.
• Analyse sales funnels and customer intent
• Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
• Work closely with sales and marketing team take daily reporting and track locations, coordinate with them on issues regarding sales app etc.
• Act as first point of contact for sales team.
• Act as first point of contact for MD.
• Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, prices and methods of distribution and marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition
• Making and working on MIS reports on excel and Google Sheets.
• External (Vendor/Customer) and Internal (interdepartmental) coordination and follow ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience of minimum 2 years
• Communication Skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Formulas-VLookup, HLookup, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, Conditional Formatting etc, Pivot table

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Rs.20,000 to Rs. 25,000
