Job Description

• Determine what policies are applicable and needed in the organization.

• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.

• Provide guidance and recommendations on corrective actions or risk mitigation strategies, and ensure proper implementation.

• Review and update procedures to reflect changes in the business.

• Act as an educational and training resource on compliance matters

• Knowledge of regulatory and legislative policy and procedures for the financial sector

• Provides regular training for newly hired employees and when required

• Coordinate with the bank to ensure proper implementation of the compliance policies

• Check and monitor customer KYC / transaction behavior on daily basis.

• Record keeping of suspicious activities and take action on the findings. (by agent or customer)
